In this project, I got the opportunity to create an annual report in an office-like style. Choosing DEI in the workplace as the topic came from my background as a BIPOC person. Diversity is one of the essential elements in any social dynamic, and within this report, I elaborated on the importance of DEI itself, particularly in the workplace.
I researched the contents and summed them up into why diversity is important and how it can be applied in the workplace. I used multiple color swatches to emphasize the variety and unity embodied in this design report.
